SHIFT

Coca-Cola of Northern New England is seeking a passionate, collaborative, results-oriented On Premise Sales Manager to join our team.

           

JOB DESCRIPTION

The On Premise Sales Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all On Premise sales initiatives. The On Premise segment of business consists of Fast Food, Restaurant & Lodging, At Work, Heath/Hospital, College & University, Recreation and Full Line Vending. In this role, the On Premise Sales Manager will have full responsibility for sales execution in all local, regional and national assigned accounts. Additionally, the On Premise Sales Manager is responsible for the supervision and development of a team of sales, delivery and merchandising personnel. This position reports to the Sales Center General Manager.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute sales plans in all local, regional and national assigned accounts within sales center territory
  • Lead sales organization to identify opportunities, establish goals and objectives, and deliver business plan goals
  • Regularly collaborate with Sales Directors, Key Account Managers (KAMs) and Commercialization team to remain informed of all promotional activity
  • Achieve and maintain Look of Success standards in all accounts; communicate expectations and ensure understanding within sales organization through effective communication
  • Build long-term, profitable relationships with key customers and serve as the connection point with store level leadership in operations
  • Coach and lead a team of direct reports while ensuring a culture of learning and development
  • Foster a fun, results driven work environment that achieves its results in a safe, professional and ethical manner

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience in a District Manager or Key Account role required
  • Proven leadership ability and personnel management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, and across teams where necessary, to develop relationships throughout the company and to work collaboratively
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, to clearly articulate relevant ideas, opinions and information
  • Flexibility and willingness to work “off shift” and weekends
