Coca-Cola of Northern New England is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and collaborative leader to join our team as a General Manager!



The General Manager is accountable for growing and improving the profitability, productivity, and successful execution of all business and sales operations within an assigned sales center facility. In this role the General Manager is responsible for leading a positive culture with a large and diverse local team and for communicating and implementing the company vision by directing the day-to-day functions of all sales center staff. The position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Center Operations.



  • Manage all aspects of sales center operations with focus on sales growth, operating profit and adherence to approved budget
  • Lead a team across multiple functional areas to Grow & Win in the marketplace while delivering superior customer service
  • Coach, train and develop a successful staff and empower the team to deliver against established standards, sales goals and profit objectives
  • Foster open lines of communication and teamwork while producing best-in-class results and business practices
  • Analyze sales center performance by regularly reviewing sales and operating data to control capital, operating expenditure and labor costs (complete P&L ownership)
  • Execute sales plans to maximize top line sales growth
  • Build strong relationships by partnering with our customers; create and maintain a customer-focused environment and provide superior daily customer service
  • Lead by example, promoting CCNNE’s mission, vision & values and a culture of continuous improvement, excellence and safety



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Operations Management or related field strongly preferred
  • Significant prior experience in General Manager, Sales Manager, or Key Account roles required
  • Previous supervisory and/or leadership experience required
  • Strong leadership, teambuilding, problem solving and critical analysis skills
  • Exceptional internal and external communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Basic technical knowledge and working experience with SAP
  • Creativity in day to day assignments
  • Flexibility and willingness to work “off shift” and weekends
