The IT Analyst is responsible for configuring, installing and providing support for computer, laptop, printer, mobile technologies and hand-held equipment.


  • Configure and install client devices including but not limited to computers, laptops, printers, smart phones, cell phones and mobile hand-held computers / ancillary equipment
  • Continually provide high level of service and customer support as you receive, assess, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in-person and remotely by telephone, cell phone and various support technologies
  • Perform approved software updates including operating system and applications
  • Log and manage incidents using ‘Service Now’ ticketing system
  • React to escalation notices to expedite resolution by prioritizing and rebalancing multiple requests
  • Multi-task in a multi-functional environment while maintaining services level targets
  • Coordinate system upgrade or maintenance schedules to minimize any interruption to business operations
  • Train end users on various hardware and software solutions in-person and remotely
  • Travel to Sales Centers and Production Centers primarily within assigned territory for installations, provide individual / group training and perform IT related services


  • Associates degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field required.  Formal technical training and certificates is a plus
  • Minimum 2 years of formal experience working in a IT Analyst/Help-desk or related position
  • Strong proficiency in using and supporting Windows client (versions 7 and 10) and Android (Marshmallow, Nougat and Oreo) operating systems in a business environment.  Windows Server and Apple iOS knowledge helpful.
  • Demonstrated technical ability using and supporting computer and mobile hardware configurations
  • Working knowledge of LAN and WAN network connectivity
  • Working knowledge of technology management technologies including but not limited to computer management, application delivery and Mobile Device Management
  • Ability to analyze changes and consistently apply standard policies and procedures
  • Ability to understand and support physical and technology related security principles
  • Ability to understand and support Cyber Awareness principles and programs
  • Ability to adapt to changes and updates in technology
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to complete with within defined service targets in situations with tight turnarounds and deadlines
  • Ability to work within scheduled hours and deviate as scheduled or needed
