The Field Service Operations Specialist manages the system operations for the field service team. This team includes the field service supervisors, service technicians, equipment installers and cooler movers. Responsible for maintaining the daily operations and processes for the team, addressing and resolving issues within system operations, providing support and operational process expertise, review of reporting data with analytical feedback on KBI’s and will be an overall expert resource for the team.

 

In addition, this role would provide support and expertise within the following:

  • Movilizer Application (service software)
  • Samsung S7 and Android Devices (service device)
  • CONA (SAP) support (service and organizational system)
  • CONA (SAP) system reporting and analytics
  • Help desk ticket resolve and support
  • Overall improve productivity of the workforce through current technology enablement, training, process improvement and identifying best practices

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required
  • Bachelor’s Degree highly recommended
  • Ability to analyze and interpret spreadsheets/business data
  • Outlook/Excel proficiency
  • Android system knowledge preferred
  • Good communication and organizational skills recommended
  • SAP or CONA experience highly recommended
  • Experience in Equipment Service preferred
  • Ability to occasionally travel within the New England Region
