The Accountant is responsible for preparing journal entries, reviewing reconciliations for general ledger accounts, and assisting in annual budgets.



  • Perform general accounting functions, including preparation of journal entries, account analysis and review of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Analyze monthly results; research and explain significant variations
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and annual budgets
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS, and in compliance with internal policies
  • Communicate and enforce accounting policies and procedures within the company
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Assist with the annual financial statement audit including gathering audit evidence and preparing support schedules
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • Experience with SAP required
  • 1-2 years of general accounting or relevant work experience required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail and accuracy skills
